Deathwatch
Next on the costume list for me is Pre Vizsla, leader of Deathwatch. Much like Captain Rex, this will be a full, head to toe creation. I will not be reusing any standard Fett parts for this, at least not without major reworking.
Helmet
The helmet is based off of a resin Boba Fett helmet that I cut up and reworked into the Clone Wars style. The finished helmet is shown here next to a movie style Jango for comparison.
The visor is narrower and the cheeks are higher. The ear caps are flat and symmetrical. There is no rangefinder. The keyslots in the back are different. The trim along the back is more pronounced. All relatively small changes on their own, but in total they make for a very different helmet.

Body Armor
Raw Pulls
All of the parts were vacuum formed from 0.080 HIPS.
Painted Pieces
Jetpack
The jetpack was a custom sculpt. While it shares common elements with the Boba and Jango packs, it is not the same as either.
The body of the pack is vacuum formed plastic. The rocket, thrusters and other detail pieces are resin.
Guns
The guns were scratch built from plywood, MDF, styrene scraps and bondo, then molded and cast in Smoothon Featherlight resin.
Cape
Belt
The belt is hand carved leather.
Flightsuit and Vest
Both were sewn by me. The suit is from the Kwiksew 3389 pattern, made from charcoal grey twill. The vest is based on templates from TDH and was made from black vinyl.
Boots
I used Palladium boots
The soles/toes are painted silver, then the boot armor is added:
